2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to: access to video content, informational materials, digital products, and related services.

2.2. Content available through the Service may include:

• information from publicly available sources;
• proprietary materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
• analytical reviews, curated collections, recommendations, and structured data.

2.3. You acknowledge that the value of the Service lies in curation, analysis, presentation, ongoing support, and updates — not in the exclusivity of any individual piece of information.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee that any individual element of its content is unavailable elsewhere.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service will meet your expectations;
• any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
• consequences arising from your use of materials obtained through the Service;
• acts or omissions of third parties;
• temporary technical outages or access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions regarding the application of materials, recommendations, and services are made solely by you and at your own risk.

4. Lawful Use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise, or facilitate any unlawful activity.

4.2. You agree to use the Service solely in accordance with applicable law and the rules of third parties.

6.2. Access restriction does not release you from obligations that arose prior to restriction.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to users whose actions pose heightened risk to the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made on the terms stated in the Service prior to purchase.

7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not issued once access has been granted, except as set out below.

7.3. A refund may be considered only if:

• the service was not delivered due to a technical fault on the Service's side;
• access to the digital content was not actually provided.

7.4. To request a refund you must contact support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.

7.6. You agree not to initiate a chargeback through a payment system without first contacting Service support.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration may collect minimal technical data necessary to operate the Service.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect your data but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. The Administration may update these Terms at any time.

9.2. The current version is always published on the Service.

9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
